Because every order is custom-made, our refund and cancellation policy works differently from regular retail. We have laid out every scenario below.

1. Why Our Policy Is Different

Every CricStitch product is custom-designed and custom-manufactured to your exact specifications. Once manufactured, products carry your specific team identity and cannot be repurposed or sold to another customer.

2. Before Design Mockup

Cancel any time. No cost, no obligation. Simply let us know via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

3. After Mockup, Before Order Confirmation

5. After Production Has Started

Once production begins, cancellation is generally not possible. Materials have been cut, designs printed, and stitching may have started. These cannot be reused for another order.

7. Customer-Provided Errors

If the product matches the approved mockup but the mockup had errors from your information — this is not eligible for free replacement. We may offer corrected items at reduced cost.

Example: If you told us "Rahul" and we printed "Rahul" but the actual name is "Rahool" — that is not our error. The mockup showed "Rahul", you approved it, we printed what was approved.

8. Colour Variations

Minor colour variations between on-screen mockup and final printed product occur due to screen calibration, fabric texture, and printing processes. These are inherent and not considered defects. If the difference is significant and clearly deviates from the mockup, contact us with photographs.
