You do not need a finished design or a logo file at this stage. Even a rough idea works — "we want blue and gold jerseys with our team name on the back" is enough for us to get started. If you do have reference images, design files, or a logo, attach them and it speeds things up.

We Review and Contact You

Within 24 hours of receiving your form, someone from our team reaches out to you — via phone, email, or WhatsApp (whichever you prefer). This is not an automated reply. A real person reads your requirement, thinks about it, and contacts you to discuss the details.

During this conversation, we cover everything we need to create your design: colour preferences, logo placement, player names and numbers, fabric preferences, budget range, and your timeline. If you are not sure about something, that is fine — we guide you through the options.

We also use this call to set realistic expectations. If your timeline is tight, we will tell you. If your budget does not align with what you need, we will suggest alternatives instead of just saying yes and under-delivering.

Receive Your Design Mockup

See It Before You Commit

Based on our conversation, our design team creates a detailed visual mockup of your product. This is not a rough sketch — it is a full-colour digital preview showing exactly how your jersey (or kit or merchandise) will look.

The mockup includes your team name, logo placement, player name and number positioning, colour scheme, and any sponsor or event branding. We share it with you via email or WhatsApp so you can review it on your own time.

You can request changes. If the colour is not quite right, if you want the logo moved, if you want to try a different pattern — tell us and we revise. We go back and forth until you are genuinely happy with the design. There is no extra charge for design revisions at this stage.

Approve and Confirm

Nothing Moves Without Your Say

Once you are satisfied with the design, we share a final quote. This quote includes a clear breakdown: product cost, quantity, any applicable shipping charges, and the total. No hidden charges. No surprise fees later.

We also share the production timeline — exactly how many working days your order will take from confirmation to dispatch. This timeline is agreed upon before anything moves forward.

Your order is confirmed only when you approve the design, accept the quote, and make the agreed payment (advance or full, depending on the order size). Until that point, you can walk away with no cost and no obligation.

Production and Delivery

Made, Checked, and Shipped to You

Your order goes into production. Every piece is manufactured according to the approved design — sublimation-printed, cut, stitched, and quality-checked before packing.

Once ready, we share dispatch details and a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. Delivery is handled by reputed courier partners and typically takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location within India.

We recommend inspecting the products on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit or does not match the approved design, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will work to resolve it promptly.

CricStitch operates as a custom order service, not an e-commerce store. You cannot add items to a cart and checkout. Every order goes through a personal consultation process where we understand your needs, create a design, agree on pricing, and then manufacture. This approach takes a bit longer than clicking "buy now," but it means you get exactly what your team needs — not a generic product that sort of fits.

For custom jerseys, the minimum order is 10 pieces per design. For merchandise items like caps or t-shirts, minimums may vary by product. We will confirm the minimum during our initial conversation based on what you need.

No. If you have a logo, that is great — send it to us and we will incorporate it. If you do not have one yet, just describe your team's identity and colour preferences. Our design team will create a complete design from scratch.

Pricing depends on design complexity, quantity, fabric type, and customisation level. We do not list fixed prices because every order is different. After reviewing your requirement and creating a mockup, we share a clear, itemised quote.

Absolutely. We handle individual sizing for every player. When you confirm your order, you share a size chart with each player's name and preferred size (XS through 5XL). Every jersey in the batch can be a different size.

We revise until you are happy. There is no extra charge for design changes at the mockup stage. If the design direction is completely off, we are also open to starting fresh based on your feedback.

Currently, our standard service covers delivery within India. For international orders, please contact us directly and we will discuss feasibility, shipping costs, and expected timelines.
